SHIPPING
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Please get in touch if you are based outside of Ireland and we can provide you with an accurate quote for delivery.
How long does shipping take?
Typically 5-10 days Nationwide (Ireland)
3-4 weeks outside of Ireland.
Will I be charged for taxes?
All our prices are inclusive of VAT.
PAYMENT & WARRANTY
What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept payments by Credit/Debit Card, Paypal, Bank Transfer, Cheque.
What are your warranty terms & conditions?
Depending on the item, our products have warranties ranging from 3-5 years. Please get in touch for further information.
RETURNS
What is your returns policy?
If the goods are returned to us for any reason other than faulty manufacture - all Goods ordered by the Buyer will be subject to a re-stocking charge equal to a minimum of 25% of the invoiced value of the Goods.
The Buyer shall be responsible for ensuring the Goods are returned in an undamaged saleable condition and also for any costs or charges incurred in returning the Goods to the Seller.
If the faults are due to misuse of the product after purchase then no return or refund will be given.
Eden Home & Fire reserve the right not to accept return of any Goods which have been specially made to the Buyer's order.
Do you refund?
If your purchase turns out to be faulty upon delivery, we will endeavour to repair, replace or refund the product as soon as possible.
